Construction

Swaney Construction Ltd successfully complete a number of new build properties and extensions annually. We offer a complete construction management service including an in house drawing service for planning and building control applications.

Insurance

We have over 25 years of experience in dealing with insurance funded repairs and are established contractors approved for working with many of the major UK Loss Adjusters. 
We cover every type of structural claims including subsidence, vehicle impact or total loss claims as a result of fire or flood, as well as smaller projects such as escape of water.

Remedial and Defect

We are an approved remedial works contractor for NHBC, we have undertaken a variety of projects including all types of roof repair, window and door defects, floor levelling, underpinning, ground and drainage works and tanking works.

We have completed projects resolving soil contamination and properties built on hydrocarbon contaminated sites.

Management Team

The team at our offices based in Maulden, Bedfordshire are efficiently led by Managing Director, Neil Swaney.

He works closely with his colleagues in the office:  Vicky Perkins MAAT in accounts along with Kara McManus in the Customer and Contract Support team.

We have a full time team specialising as bricklayers, carpenters and plasterers, including traditional lime plaster as well as general operatives and decorators.  

We have a network of specialist contractors, as well as trusted and qualified subcontractors, most of which have worked with us for a minimum of 10 years. They offer notable experience, expertise and professionalism to deliver the high standard we expect.   Trades including, but not limited to:
